A Taste of April Point

April Point Resort & Spa - September 12, 2010

What a fantastic weekend. I have never seen April Point shine quite so brightly. This first time event went off without a glitch.
From the selection of wines and cheeses to the extravagant seven course meal, created special by Executive Chef Stephanie Dykes and Paul Shewchuk, everyone did such a fabulous job executing this event.
A very special thanks to Anthony Gismondi, Cheri Caleb and Patty Wilson from The Vancouver Sun.  To our sponsors Allison Spurell and Joe Chaput from Les Amis Du Fromage, merci beaucoup, and of course Pam Baldwin and Gina Savard from Everything Wine.
I see potential for this event to be a growing annual thing for April Point Resort & Spa.
