April Point is such a great place to relax. I used to be the dock supervisor at April Point and I guess you can say I never really stopped to smell the roses. Well I’m doing everything I possibly can to experience the whole package so I can tell you guys all about it. This week I took it easy at Jazz night, I also went to the Aveda Spa. I got a massage from Shannon’s magic fingers. Thank you Shannon.
I also get alot of good photo’s just walking around the property.
My favorite thing to do at April Point is sit on the deck after a long hot day and enjoy an ice cold beverage while watching the water taxi go back and forth, back and forth.
It’s also funny watching people play chess and checkers. These guys are talking strategy, see how serious they look. I ‘m more of a “lets put this piece here and see what happens” kind of a player. That’s why I stick to checkers.
Remember, whenever you walk down the ramp towards the water taxi peek over the edge and check out the aquatic wildlife. There are sea stars, urchins, sea cucumbers, seals and so much more.
