Guests enjoyed some great fishing over the weekend with an 18 lb. Spring caught on a plug out by Salmon Point being the largest fish of the day. It was full of herring, indicating that fish are feeding and growing in size daily. The Wildlife Adventure Tours are also creating great excitement as guests reported seeing bears, whales, dolphins and eagles working the hake on during tide changes. All in all, some great excitement at Painter's Lodge and April Point Resort.
